Mother baords ram does not match your ram and the CPU does not match the Motherboard. 775 socket. well now.. your dvd drive wont work with the motherboards as well.

Right off the bat: No. The Motherboard has a Socket775 for the CPU but you have an AM3 CPU. You need to look for an Intel that's a 775 or look for a new motherboard.
